Best 10 papers get merit certificates & top 3 entries get a chance to present their papers at Samavesh 2011, an HR flagship national event from NMIMS to be held on 19^th FEB 2011. HR Directors and Experts from the industry will preside over the day addressing the students on various dimensions of HRM.

Entries can be from an individual or a team of two. A paper should be minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 15 pages (excluding graphs, illustrations) with Times New Roman Font size 12.
